ISO 9001 achieved

We are pleased to announce that Magenta has achieved certification under the quality management standard, ISO9001.

The Quality Management System (QMS) is the collection of processes, documents, resources and monitoring systems that ensure proper control of the work undertaken within the organisation regarding product and service quality. The organisation being assessed needs to establish, document, and operate in line with this system in order to meet the requirements of the standard and subsequently become certified.

We have recently been audited by Certification International and I'm delighted to say that we passed with flying colours.

This further underlines our commitment to quality of service and product quality to our customers.
